The location was good and I had a great time.

They charge me a $146 deposit for 2 nights. When I was only supposed to pay $100.Now I have to wait on my money back!! And I have no idea when I will get it?. The Front Desk was No help. They made my visit frustrating. I will never go back!!

The location was amazing, but the staff was horrible. From the moment I booked, they were unhelpful, and nobody seemed to enjoy or want to do their job. They deliberately put us in a room with a dead door, so we couldn’t get into our room for the majority of the night. A photo shows a worker trying to open the door, and she ended up just changing the batteries in the door. I was told to let the manager know in the morning, but she had no remorse—just attitude—because we didn’t want to switch rooms while all of our things were in that room. I will never book there again.
