The staff really went above and beyond in every way, and the hotel is right in Old Town.

The room was nice and the attached restaurant was great, but there was no Kerrie in the room; instead, there is a communal space with a kettle.

The hotel’s location with the Brasserie is excellent. The rooms are a bit small, yet very cozy and tastefully furnished. Breakfast is very good. Be sure to enjoy a lunch or dinner at the Brasserie with a fine glass of wine! The entire Lohnhof area is very nice and sits a little above the city. With the hotel’s own elevator, moving comfortably between the hotel and the city is easy. Tram and bus stops are at Barfüßerplatz directly below the hotel.

The staff are very friendly and eager to help and guide you. It’s very quiet, clean, and pretty. The location is very close to public transport and a lot of restaurants. For people who are accompanied, note that there is no door between the bedroom and the toilet/bathroom.
