“Wonderful trip”

The views were amazing, the top‑floor pool was fantastic, and the drinks were great. The elevator broke while we were inside, which was a bit scary.

“Great location with amazing views ...but it's more hostel than hotel.”

The rooftop pool was brilliant, and although it gets busy, we found a spot every day. Towels were provided and the view was gorgeous. The location itself was great: cross the road, turn right, then head down via Faenza straight to the centre, a lively street full of bars and restaurants. Late check‑out was appreciated and the room air‑con was perfect. The rooms felt basic, almost like student rooms, which clashed with the hotel’s trendy, upscale vibe. The floor needed a good scrub. We stayed 8 days (an extended stay) but only had the room cleaned once; we had to ask twice for fresh towels and toilet paper. Extended stays should include more frequent cleaning. There was a kettle in the room, but the coffee and tea bags and milk were empty and never refilled during our stay.

“Hôtel qui a du potentiel mais malheureusement pas mal de problèmes à régler”

The place is in a spot that hits the sweet spot for me, and the rooms feel fresh and modern. On the downside, the mattresses are far too firm, the pool feels cramped for the number of people or rooms, and the air‑conditioning blows too hard.

Right next to the tram stop, the location is spot‑on and the hotel’s concept offers everything you could possibly need.

“Preis-Leistung stimmt”

The rooftop pool is a highlight, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the location plus public transport links are solid. The rooms, however, are very sparsely furnished and the floor was still dirty when I checked in.
