There were no positives, and the state of conservation was terrible.

The location is great, with plenty of cafés and restaurants around, and the Lastarria neighborhood is lively and busy, yet the hotel itself is quiet. The building is a few decades old and needs upkeep; doors, walls, and furniture show heavy use, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the room.

Gostei das instalações, mas o acesso ao quarto 35 é bastante diferente, uma vez que ele fica no meio de um andar. Há acesso pelo elevador pelo 3o. Andar e pelo elevador individual pelo elevador individual. Não gostei do café da manhã
