The front door staff was extremely friendly. The bar staff is awful, their favourite word is no, ask anything their reply is no! That’s not what I’m used to from 5 star hotel

The ski door was convenient and Fred, the pro ski shop keeper, provided outstanding service. The spa pool, however, is quite small, the water is cold, and it becomes packed around 6 pm.
