The apartment and its large terrace were spacious, with natural evening and nighttime ventilation, and the hosts let us use the washing machine independently upon arrival. The kitchen oven was unusable because it was disconnected. Check‑in was rushed and vague by a young woman, probably a manager’s daughter. There was no clear information on breakfast times; the Sunday breakfast was delayed, preventing us from enjoying it that day. Waste segregation was not carried out. The surroundings were heavily degraded, with dirt and trash on the streets around the property, even though it’s close to the city center.

The room was large with a kitchenette and a new, roomy shower. The staff were clean and courteous, and the price was good. The property sits on a steep slope, the room is on the second floor with no elevator, and the breakfast could be improved.
