Everything is great—no shortcomings. The facilities and service are all perfect. The only thing that could be improved is the kids club area, mainly for families with small children. It would be nice to upgrade that part of the kids club. Any damaged or bad items should be replaced.

Our family really enjoyed the vibe and the facilities inside, but the maintenance needs a serious review – the waterpark toilets and doors, as well as the cafeteria area, could use better upkeep. In the rooms there was dust in some spots and the carpet had become dirty.
