The hotel was within walking distance of the Mall of America and Walmart, and they honored the rate I saw online even though they couldn’t pull my confirmation number from the system; however, there was no closet, the floor had no carpet, and the room felt a bit uncozy.

I’d never stay there again—this place feels like a dump, it’s run down and poorly maintained, breakfast is mediocre, a major renovation is overdue, there are people living in the hotel, and it smells of marijuana.

The spot is handy, right beside Walmart, coffee shops, other stores and the highway, yet the parking lot was sketchy with many people loitering outside the hotel and around the lot.
