“Un lugar para relajarse y disfrutar”
Everything was just amazing – the facilities, the food, and the staff. Nothing to complain about.
Everyone was so friendly, and the hotel kept its cozy vibe.
“Un merveilleux oasis qui nous fait découvrir la vie sur une véritable estancia argentine”
The main pavilion is a stunning architectural gem, and the eco‑friendly approach plus the creative chefs’ meals made for a peaceful stay. The only hiccup was the old tapwork in the rooms – it needed updating and we had a few issues getting it to work right.
“E una struttura molto valida che necessita di rivedere la spa e di una gestione più accurata”
The location was great, tucked into nature, and the horse rides were a highlight thanks to the friendly, professional gaucho guide. But the service felt more like a budget lodge than a charming home: waiters were slow, flowers had been wilted for days, napkins were full of cigarette butts, and rooms were rushed. The spa was the real let‑down – a tiny, broken jacuzzi, a broken Turkish bath, and a massage room next to the jacuzzi that forced us to leave the tub just after we got in.
The place is perfect for reconnecting, but I only stayed two days.
