The digital organization was flawless, communication seamless and transparent, and the execution was perfect; the service worked well even without physical presence. The downside was a smoker in the "HInterhof" early in the morning.

We liked the central location, the rooms were clean and nicely furnished, and the mattresses on the double beds were very good. The bathroom was old, the mirror cabinet wouldn’t open, and the cabinet underneath was a bit wobbly. If you value a good breakfast, you should look elsewhere; no one is on hand and you have to assemble everything yourself. In the fridge, each room has two small cans with precisely measured slices of cheese and sausage, butter, and yogurt. The rolls from the baker were excellent. For 1–2 nights that was fine.

Super das Frühstück und die zugehörige Organisation. Ungewohnt aber richtig nett. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist natürlich sehr nützlich. Etwas klein für die vielen Autos aber es geht. Jeder kann sich ein wenig bemühen. Die Gäste sind alle nett und helfen sich gegenseitig. Es ist etwas in die Innenstadt zu laufen aber sehr gut zu leisten. Für eine Nacht oder 2,3 völlig ausreichend. Die gesamte Organisation ist ungewöhnlich aber man fühlt sich richtig wohl dabei

We stayed in a large, bright, airy room that was pretty and clean everywhere. Check‑in was quick and hassle‑free, and the simple breakfast was nice. The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of both the station and the historic city centre. We missed a bit of bath soap that wasn’t restocked during our 3‑day stay. The towels smelled “artificial” and a bit unpleasant, especially when wet – probably due to scented detergent or rinse aid. That’s of course a personal perception!
