The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety and high-quality dishes. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, modern and clean. The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is gorgeous and quiet, right on the lake. Unfortunately, the spa was only open until 19:00, and since we arrived in the evening we missed it.

We stayed at the hotel from September 28 to 29. The setting is stunning, with lovely natural surroundings and good breakfasts. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room ruined the experience. We found a used snus pouch in the bed, even though neither of us uses snus, which made us doubt whether the bedding had been changed before we arrived. We felt so uneasy that we slept in our clothes. There were also other people’s hairs, both short and long, in the bathtub, so we didn’t feel comfortable taking a bath. We are a young couple looking forward to a relaxing stay together, but these issues stopped us from fully relaxing. Despite the beauty of the place, we cannot return. Room cleanliness and basic hygiene are essential to us, and after this experience we no longer trust the hotel’s housekeeping standards.

“Fin beliggenhet, stille, god frokost.”

The location and breakfast were good. The information about the spa was lacking; it said “several saunas,” but I only found two, and one was at 65 °C. If I had known that in practice there was only one sauna and a swimming pool, I probably wouldn’t have paid extra for admission.

“Nydelig beliggenhet”
