I paid for a 3‑star property, not a 4‑star, and the price felt unjustified given the services. The staff were friendly and helpful, but that was far from enough. I didn’t like anything for the amount I paid; the hotel is lower class than what I was charged for.

The lobby was warm and attractive, and the front‑desk receptionist was very kind, friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, and room‑service did an impeccable job of restoring the room to a like‑new state. My only complaint is that the room is too small, a problem that Paris hotels simply can’t fix.

The place is beautiful and clean, the staff are wonderful, everything was perfect, I’ll thank you for the visit. No toilet.
