The stay at Zamku Nowęcin was a genuine pleasure; from the moment we arrived we felt more like welcomed family members than hotel guests. The staff deserves special praise – young, energetic, always smiling, courteous and exceptionally helpful. Their openness and hospitality create a unique atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The entire property is maintained at the highest standard; impeccable cleanliness everywhere and staff attention to even the smallest detail shows the place is run with passion and heart. It’s one of those spots you want to return to and can confidently recommend to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay and unforgettable memories. We’ll see you again! The only downside was the stay being far too short; we didn’t have time to fully enjoy the exceptional place, its atmosphere, and fantastic staff. We would have loved to stay much longer. Other than that, we have no complaints.
