The bed, sheets and pillows were clean. The place is right next to Roma Termini. The windows have good sound‑proofing, the bathroom and towels are clean, and the shower is great. There’s a common area with coffee, tea and a kitchen. Felice was always in touch, helping us with luggage before and after check‑in and check‑out. We liked everything.

The staff were friendly and quick to answer any questions, but the breakfast area could use some improvement.

Close to Termini station. The painting in the room felt creepy.
