“Deluxe in einer Höhle wohnen”
The breakfast service staff and the housekeeping were friendly and gave a good impression. The room had no windows, which I don’t recall being mentioned when I booked; it felt like living in a cave. For the first four days breakfast was a buffet that was very thin because few guests used it. From day five the breakfast switched to a menu, which was an improvement. The hotel highlighted a “Go Green” policy, encouraging us to use less bedding and towels to save resources. The front desk told me I had to let the water run for at least 10 minutes before the hot water would come on—ironic! The hotel seems to be under renovation or reconstruction.
