The location was great. Close to the Shin Okubo station, and steps away from all the shops. Place was a little run down - probably like many in the price range and area. The bed was a futon mattress so hard to begin with. The pillows however were really hard and uncomfortable - like sleeping on big bags of rice

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and train stations. Everything was easily accessible, making it easy to get around. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in a good location. Air conditioner worked well and room was clean and quiet. The staff was polite. The only thing I did not like was that my room had two small pillows. We had two adults in the room. I asked for an extra pillow and they denied my request, I understand they may not give out extra pillows but I think that is unreasonable
