We stayed here for the first time and would definitely return; the spot is convenient, the place spotless, rooms generous, and the staff are welcoming. The rooms felt a bit old‑fashioned and could use an upgrade, but overall cleanliness was outstanding. The sun loungers weren’t the most comfortable, though they might be newer and better suited for winter storage.

The hotel was pleasant, with large, nice pools and simple but tasty food; our apartment was well‑located and spacious, the underground parking and luggage service were excellent, housekeeping was stellar every day, and we even got an upgrade. The breakfast could be better—slow pancake machine, limited fruit juices, charcuterie, cheese, and fresh pastries. The pools felt a bit cool and closing at 7 pm during peak season was early. The kids’ club was pricey and should be included, and there was a lack of daytime and evening entertainment.

It makes no sense to pay almost €500 per night and still have no hot water for two adults and two children, even on eco mode; the dishwasher flooded the room twice, there were no Portuguese TV channels, and we had to line the small balcony table with paper just to set anything down without spilling.

“Family friendly resort 10/10”

Wonderful family resort, half‑board meals were brilliant with themed nights, the pool temperature was perfect and there were two pools to choose from, apartments were very clean and the facilities were great. Reception and restaurant staff were extremely friendly—10/10. Nothing to add; will return.

“Relaxing and friendly environment”

The pool areas were great. The reservation rules were inconsistent: you can’t reserve loungers before 9 am, but after that it seemed people could reserve them.
