It’s close to Phuket Bus Terminal 1 and Old Town, which makes the location great, and the owners are very sweet and friendly. The ventilation could be better; there’s a smell in the corridor.

It’s affordable and near everything in the city center, quiet, clean, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The toilet seat was a bit too small for an adult.

The owner allowed late check‑in and responded quickly via WhatsApp. However, there was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom, no sheets on the bed—just a thick blanket; the floor was clean but the setup was very basic, with wall stains, high humidity, and poor ventilation.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel; the staff were wonderful and very welcoming. They organized a surprise birthday for me and invited other guests staying at the hotel; they prepared a meal and even a cake. I have no words; they are fantastic, they treat you like family so you don't feel isolated when traveling alone; they are attentive to ensure your stay goes smoothly. Thank you. I love you ❤️
