Park Royal Orlando

Excellent; my housekeeping Ana Shes is nice and did a good job. Thanks Ana.

“Clean but old.”

Pros: The price was affordable for a weekend stay on a tight budget. The room was VERY clean. The facilities and lobby are well kept, and although I didn’t use the pool, it was crystal clear. Stairs and walkways outside were free of debris. Staff was very helpful at check‑in/check‑out. Fair warning that cleaning staff comes in every day, so if you don’t want anyone in your room, use the little DoNotDisturb magnet they give you. Hot water and water pressure were great. Decent closet space. Right next to several food options. Cons: The bed was horribly uncomfortable and springy. The AC unit locked me out in the middle of the night and was loudly clicking on and off every 10 minutes or so. A LOT of noise pollution (and one creepy crawler) due to the big gap under my door. The shower fan does not clear any shower steam, so if you have mobility issues, the main space has a tile floor that becomes a slip‑n‑slide once the bathroom door opens.

“Hôtel idéal pour un court séjour, bien situé !”

The lunch spread was hearty and tidy, and the room matched the photos perfectly with its spotless condition. However, the staff on duty that week seemed disengaged; the morning employee who served breakfast was glued to her phone, and we could hear the video she was watching while we ate.

The shower valve broke, the TV remote stopped working, and the bathroom floor was uneven.

The TV didn’t work.
