“exceptional, lovely, comfy and super pleasant”
The beds at Regal Hotel are the most comfortable I've ever slept on, and the staff are incredibly helpful; the rooms are well lit and the bathrooms are large and nice, with cleaning staff who are very polite. The breakfast has declined from its former quality, and as a coffee snob the coffee is not great, but that won't stop me from returning to this great hotel.

Nothing positive; the hotel needs a complete refurbishment. This is not a 5‑Star hotel: wet carpet in the room, extremely noisy air conditioning, no bar, no restaurant. Tiffany’s was quite below standard and could best be described as a very expensive cafe serving mediocre food and a warm beer. We decided to leave three days before the end of our planned stay rather than continue to wade through soggy carpet and wear ear plugs to drown out the noise of the A/C. A very horrible experience. The pool is tiny and has four sun beds for over 200 guests. It shuts for an hour so the staff can have their lunch…Unbelievable!!
The entrance’s uncle was friendly and helpful. A maintenance crew inspected my room’s plumbing without telling me, which was inconvenient during our stay.
“Bellissimo rooftop”
The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was very good and varied, and the location was extremely convenient with excellent connections. The pool and rooftop were also very nice, perfect for relaxing. It would be great if the pool opened a bit earlier and if the rooftop remained accessible after the pool closed.
