It's 1.6 km from Spice Bazaar and 1.9 km from the Blue Mosque, with Istanbul Ataturk Airport 12 km away.

The hotel was spotless and situated right next to the main transport links, the metro Mamaray and the ferry. The breakfast spread on the rooftop terrace was impressive, offering a brilliant view. The staff—warm, welcoming, and helpful—made the stay enjoyable. My room was large and spacious, featuring a powerful shower and all the necessary amenities. The only drawback was that the AC in the room wasn’t functioning properly, but it didn’t matter because it wasn’t too warm.

We stayed here for the second time and will definitely return when we visit Istanbul again. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to major tourist spots; you can walk there or take a tram a few stops away. The tram fare can be paid directly with a debit or credit card, no need to buy tickets or travel cards—information we received three years ago. The room was spacious, very clean, with daily housekeeping that changed towels and provided two water bottles, tea, and coffee each day. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was very varied. The restaurant on the 9th floor, which has a terrace, offers a spectacular view of the sea. I especially appreciated the staff’s honesty and kindness; they sent me a WhatsApp message informing me that I had left an important item in my room (I haven’t recovered it yet, but I’m sure I will). We will gladly come back.

The room and the hotel itself were nice, and the personnel—from reception to restaurant to housekeeping—were very supportive. The area is quite noisy, yet it’s still reasonable. Breakfast was included and scored 3 out of 5. The top‑floor restaurant offered all‑day service and reasonable prices. However, the breakfast could be upgraded to match the overall hotel quality, and the noise level could be lower, though that’s expected in the area.

Overall, a good option for a short stay of 2–3 nights. The staff are friendly, the breakfasts are average, and the bed is comfortable. A tram stop nearby makes it very convenient to reach any attractions. The hotel is located on a very noisy shopping street, so if your room faces that side, you’ll hear the noise constantly. I was also given a room right by the elevator, even though I requested a quiet one. The bedding had stains, and the slippers were also stained.

Location and a room with a balcony and a view of the Bosphorus. Definitely not a 4‑star place; at best 3 stars with a stretch.
