“Ótimo custo benefício. Voltaria!”

I really liked it: quick service, easy parking, and courteous staff. The room was clean and spacious with a warm shower and great location! However, on Sunday at 9:30 am, housekeeping staff spoke loudly while cleaning neighboring rooms, and the vacuum and metal trash can made noise. Add yogurt to breakfast, keep portions smaller when few guests are there, and restock promptly so the food doesn’t stay out too long and become cold, dry, or off‑taste.

The hotel’s layout feels fresh, with tidy corridors, a modern front desk, and brand‑new elevators. The staff who greeted us in the afternoon/evening were very helpful, and parking didn’t come with extra fees. However, the rooms showed some neglect: the TV had dangling cords and a power strip, bathroom tiles were cracked, and there were spots of dirt—like a crushed rubber pad on the wall and stainless‑steel pieces covered in soap residue. The rooms were cramped, resembling low‑budget places such as Ibis.

The room was spacious and brand new. Staff seemed overwhelmed by the hotel’s traffic and appeared unprepared to welcome tourists. Compared to other hotels in Criciúma, this one fell short on amenities; the TV failed to connect to Sky.

The bed was high quality, the shower had a powerful, excellent spray, and parking was very convenient right in the hotel’s courtyard.
