The staff was friendly, yet everything was disgusting: construction was ongoing and many areas were closed off, the room had old food from previous guests, hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and nothing seemed cleaned—definitely not good value.

“Captured by a Conference”

The restaurants and staff were amazing, but the beds were smaller than a queen and very uncomfortable, the rooms were the smallest I’ve rented and cost twice what I normally pay, and contacting the hotel before the conference was impossible and frustrating—17 emails, numerous calls, and I never reached someone working in Franklin.

I found the hotel to be very nice and comfortable, but I did encounter an issue with my bill. I was charged two different amounts, which was confusing and inconvenient. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hotel's amenities.
