I found the hotel to be easily accessible, and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. I didn't have any major complaints during my stay.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a water leak in my room, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing, with cold coffee and milk, limited toast options, and dry pastries.
