The owner was friendly, there was a cute dog, and parking was available. However, the room layout was a bit odd - one entrance was through the bathroom, and the other door lock was really finicky. We also had to deal with noise from the kitchen and patio below, and there was a weird smell coming in through the window. To top it off, there was no trash can in the bathroom, and the cleanliness was just average.
