The facilities were very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and varied. The only criticism is the location relative to the Old Town – it’s quite far, but a 40‑Lek bus gets you there easily. I expected a kettle or glasses in a 4‑star hotel, but they weren’t provided. When I asked at reception, they gave me two glasses. The second coffee, if you want one, costs 200 Lek extra.

The hotel sits right by the sea and the beach, offering stunning views of the sea and Sazan Island from the balcony. The sunsets are magnificent, making the hotel worth booking just for that. The room is very spacious with comfortable beds. For some reason, the hotel only accepted cash payments during our stay; it wasn’t a huge problem, but the management could have warned us beforehand.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfasts were excellent, and the location right by the beach with hotel loungers and umbrellas was perfect.

The receptionist was very nice (though she didn't have name tags) and gave us personalized tips for exploring the area, the beaches, and nice cafés. The hotel itself is a bit off the main road, like in Lloret de Mar. The hotel’s private beach is actually a concrete slab with fine gravel piled up. From the “beach” you only reach the sea through a few concrete steps and a railing; from there you can dive into the surf, but getting back out is hard, especially for most women or older people, almost extremely difficult. Sleeping with the window open to listen to the sea is too noisy because of the traffic (we had doubted this from a previous review, but it’s definitely true). The first coffee at breakfast is included in the price, but the second suddenly costs 3 € (not Albanian lek, but euros!). This was never communicated anywhere, not in the description or at check‑in. We only found out when ordering breakfast. There was no proper cleaning of the bathrooms.
