Everything was brand new after the renovation and impeccably clean. The hotel offers free access to Invictus Go nearby, and right outside there's a great café chain called "Поляна" with a full menu; the dining concept feels premium. I ate pancakes with various fillings every day. Invictus Go spans two floors, has group classes, a good gym, and all the equipment you’d expect. The staff at the Cult restaurant, however, asked each morning at breakfast in a rude tone, “Which room are you from?” A polite “Excuse me, may I ask your room number?” would have been better. They pick up dishes silently without using proper waiter etiquette, like “Can I take the dishes?” They rush through the breakfast set-up, lacking empathy and customer focus. Otherwise it’s fine; the reception needs guest umbrellas and a deposit area, because during a rain spell we had to sit and wait until it cleared.
