The staff were friendly, and the booking process was handled excellently. Nothing in particular stood out as problematic.

Breakfast might include simple non‑veg or eggs, but the gym equipment is old; the treadmill was broken and unsafe to use, so please consider replacing it.

The small town had a pleasant vibe, the staff were courteous, the rooms were clean, but we didn’t get a complimentary breakfast during our stay.

We skipped breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The room lacked a cordless kettle and I had to ask housekeeping to bring one. The bathroom didn’t have a hair dryer and there weren’t enough toiletries for two people; no face tissues, no room cheppal, and no face towel. Overall, the amenities fell short of what I’d expect from a four‑star hotel.
