“Rilassante”
The place was quiet, courteous and clean, and breakfast was good, yet there were no shower or bath soaps.
The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to solve small issues that arose during the stay, and the half‑board service was excellent; the pool was superb, but Wi‑Fi needed improvement in some areas of the property.
The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, the room was perfect and I appreciated finding it already cool upon arrival; overall the hotel is very nice, the pool isn’t deep but is large, ideal for children; I also found the dining prices excellent; the buffet breakfast, both sweet and savory, was generally good with a suitable selection, though I would suggest slightly expanding the range of products offered; the free and equipped beaches are about a hundred metres away and easily reachable via a footpath; overall it was a great compromise and a very pleasant stay.

The elevator was broken so we had to walk up to the 2nd floor with our luggage; the air‑conditioning and ceiling fan didn’t work, and the two fans placed in the room made a squeaking noise.

The pool was beautiful and the rooms were cozy, but the booked room smelled like sewers and the staff only swapped it at midnight when the air was already unbearable; the air‑conditioner was very strong, we turned it off because it wasn’t needed, yet it reset at night and started again, worsening my son’s cold after a night at 18 °C; guests should be allowed to keep their chosen temperature setting; breakfast was very basic.
