The hotel looked stunning, the staff were very welcoming, and breakfast was very good; the check‑in process by the staff was especially special ❤️. However, the room felt basic and underwhelming, leaving us disappointed compared to the exterior, the price, and the level expected of a 5‑star resort.

The hotel setting, beach, and proximity to the village were positives, but the presence of too many loud, pretentious, dishonest tourists with their numerous children screaming all day at the hotel and pool, and routinely dropping their breakfast on the floor without parental intervention, was a disgrace to the otherwise very friendly staff.
