“Agradable”
The location, staff, and room were great. The TVs aren't Smart and the Wi‑Fi signal was terrible.

The reception staff were very helpful. The room’s cleanliness was lacking.

The staff were super friendly, both at reception and in the restaurant.

Being close to the malecon and its restobar was a plus. We had to change rooms because the original one had a strong bad odor, and the Wi‑Fi is horrendously bad.
