We had an excellent stay—every little detail was spot on, and the hosts were so attentive that we already want to come back. The amenities were great and the location is super close to the village. Gladys and Ana made everything perfect, honestly everything was great, nothing to complain about.

The room was comfy and clean, but I was hit with a surprise charge for something that wasn't listed. They never told me that certain things weren't part of the package, which was a bit frustrating.

I couldn't really enjoy anything because when I got there, the staff said there was no reservation for the Blue House. They tried to charge me to cancel, and we were left scrambling for a place—lost hours, no one could be reached. Hope this warns others.

The staff were great, the place was clean, and they were always ready to help. I loved the location—just a short walk to Vila do Capão. I’d love if they added a breakfast option, though.

The lodge is gorgeous, the owner and staff are super polite and helpful. The location is perfect—you can walk to the village and enjoy great silence. During the São João rush we were crammed into a small single room, but the owner worked hard to get us a bigger one later, and overall everything was great.
