“High time for maintenance”

The location is perfect,. It's high time to do maintenance. Even the cups were too old and already had stain marks

While I appreciated the hotel's location, my overall experience was tainted by several issues. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a strong smell of detergent, which was unpleasant. Additionally, I was initially offered a basement room, which I declined, and it took another 30 minutes to get a room upstairs. These hiccups detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay.

“Reasonably priced hotel on good location”

I was initially impressed by the hotel's exterior and the stylish reception area. The prices were reasonable, and the location was perfect for my stay. However, the "Executive" label felt overhyped, and the arrival experience was somewhat disappointing. While it's a great value hotel, it didn't quite live up to its claims, with issues like not accepting international cards and a delayed breakfast service that would have been a problem if I had a tight business schedule.

“Good for short stays”

This hotel was ideal for a short stay, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One standout feature was the excellent air conditioning in my room, which made a big difference during my stay. The breakfast was decent, and I appreciated the option to have dinner delivered to my room through room service.
