“Beautiful hotel, centrally located and good value for money.”

I found the hotel in a prime spot in Istanbul, close to major sights, and it looked sleek and modern with a tidy room. The bed was made daily, the room was cleaned, and everything seemed well kept. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast wasn’t bad, but it could use a bit more international variety, and the coffee machine is slow and needs replacement. The air‑con in our room was locked, so we had to ask reception each time to turn it on.

“Nuevo y muy cómodo. Desayuno no recomendado”

El hotel está nuevo, en la zona turística pero la calle es muy tranquila. Tiene mucho espacio para almacenar cosas y el baño tiene una gran encimera. Es muy cómodo. El desayuno, no se correspondía con las fotos: había pocas clases de pan, poca bollería, y no había tostador. Tampoco había todos los días fruta. Había cosas muy raras: aceitunas, ensaladas, no es un desayuno continental

“Excellent people and location”

The staff were excellent and helpful, and the location was amazing—couldn’t have been better. I didn’t stay long enough, but it was very good.

“Très bon séjour dans l’hôtel ERK”

Le calme, le bon équipement de la chambre, la décoration moderne, le confort de la literie, le bon emplacement par rapport aux sites à visiter et aux moyens de transport. La salle de petit déjeuner est un peu petite. Nous aurions apprécié une formule de petit déjeuner continental plus étoffé. Les chambres sur l’arrière en dessous du 2ème étage donnent sur un puits de lumière. Nous étions au 2ème étage sans vue agréable mais la chambre était lumineuse
