The hotel was clean, the staff at check‑in were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and suited our needs, and it was a great location compared to other attractions in the area, right next to 4th St. Live.

The spot was spot-on for our needs, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the shower was filthy, and a strong natural gas odor lingered throughout the 7th floor.

The location fit our plans perfectly, but at night, odd crowds outside the hotel made the area feel unsettling. When my room got hot, the maintenance guy just flipped the breaker and claimed it was fixed; I know better from working in maintenance. After we explained the room still didn't cool, they sent a fan and promised a follow‑up that never happened, leaving the room uncomfortable and the staff’s attitude so off that I almost stopped calling. I’ve had more pleasant stays at a budget hotel.
