The sheets had a cigarette hole, the towel rack was not assembled, the bathtub seemed uncleaned, and the floor in the main room was damaged—really bad place that needs a remodel. The TV worked and there was a small refrigerator, but it had no ice.

The highway motel felt very quaint and peaceful. The staff were accommodating and very helpful, even at checkout they were not pushy, just wanted to know if they could help with anything and how our stay was; they would likely stay again. The few things I didn’t like about the hotel are really not in control of the purveyors and employees of the hotel itself; mostly it’s just the age of the facility and the location gets distracting being right off the interstate.
