Parking and staff courtesy were good, the room was clean and welcoming, and breakfast met the standards. However, there were mosquitoes in the room (though they would have been everywhere at this time of year), and the shower was clogged, but once I told the owner she was immediately available to fix it.

The location was super convenient, just a few steps from Ottavia station, and the price included breakfast and parking. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the breakfast was very good.

Luciana is very friendly, which gives the place a special value because she is very attentive to what you need. There is parking if you book in advance. The regional train is only about 150 m from the hotel. Everything else was fine; the only thing I’d change is the soap dishes because they are very unstable when used.

Tamara welcomed us with a late check‑in and was up early for our breakfast. Our room was clean, and the check‑in and check‑out were easy. We only stayed one night, but the location is close to trains heading into the Rome area. Everything was fine.
