The free hand massage. The price changed from what we saw online, there was only 1 towel for two of us, the batteries in the air con remote didn't work, the bed was so uncomfortable, the pictures online looked nothing like the actual place

The staff were very friendly and courteous, but the WiFi was a bit intermittent.

The place seemed newly renovated, with tags in the locker and marks of paint and glue; the bed and sheets were very good; the locker door and the entrance door jammed; the hotel had many staff, more than guests, most of them kind; the pool was clean; parking was large. The air‑con in my first room wasn’t working, so they moved me quickly, but they checked two rooms before finding one that worked… the reception guy tried hard. The locker door and the entrance door jammed. Breakfast (English) was weak. The hotel arranges tours and transfers, but they’re very expensive, e.g. USD25 to go to the waterfall, three times the normal price.
