The comfort, clean bedding, and the staff’s courtesy and availability were great, and the breakfast had good options; the location was excellent. I usually avoid making complaints about this place, but one issue caught my eye because I consider it basic: cleanliness. In the first room I stayed in (I had to switch rooms because the air‑conditioner was broken), there was a dark stain at the back of the toilet, remnants of feces, showing the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned (the rest of the bathroom was fine). I found that very unpleasant. Everything else in the accommodation was satisfactory, but that bathroom cleanliness issue makes me reconsider a second stay.
