I was really looking forward to staying at this new hotel, and the comfortable beddings did not disappoint. However, things took a turn for the worse when I received my booking confirmation and saw that I was supposed to get a room with a fan instead of aircon. I was already getting a bit worried when I arrived at the hotel and was told that there was no fan available either.

The staff here seem to be a bit standoffish, which made it tough to get the help I needed. To make matters worse, the hotel's website had some pretty misleading information - it said I could check in anytime between 2am and 2pm, but then they hit me with a $200 fee for early check-in, claiming the official check-in time was 2pm. It was a pretty frustrating experience.
