“A very disappointing stay that looked nothing like the photos, with poor conditions and a serious be”

Nothing positive. The experience was a total letdown: the apartment looked nothing like the photos, it was old, poorly maintained, and far below expectations. We were first given a room with five beds side by side even though we had booked an apartment, and after complaining we were moved to another unit that still had a dirty, poorly equipped kitchen, no ventilation, old and damaged furniture and beds, and a shower that was in terrible condition with only cold water. The worst part was finding bed bugs; my young daughter scratched all night and we found several bites on her. I spent the night checking the room with a phone flashlight while the kids slept, and after we left we had to wash and discard many items and clothes because we feared bringing the bugs home. We only stayed because we had no other option for one night. This was one of the worst stays I’ve had, and I can’t recommend it.

The personal service is next level – I love them so much! The only issue is that the internet needs to be faster.

“Buono standard economico”

It’s economical and clean, but the room is a bit small, the shower lacks a tray so the whole bathroom floods, though there is a drying device. It’s okay for the price paid.

“Everything was fine, near by shops, location, only no cleaning during our stay.”

The breakfast was nearby. We spent 4 days with no cleaning at all, no bed linens were changed, and the bathroom was not cleaned.
