The property is very beautiful, distinctive and well maintained, matching the local style. The breakfast is varied but leans toward local and perhaps international flavors; an Italian would be satisfied.

Nice lodge. Staff were very responsive when the hot water stopped working. Internet in each room would still be a big plus.

The food was incredible (one of the best we ate in Borneo), facilities impeccable, great pool, close to the orangutan and bear centers (the resort offers transfers to the centers at a good price). We would stay there again.

Comfortable room and good menu choices. It’s important to note that the swimming pool doesn’t open until 13.00 which seems a bit odd. Also, expect coach loads of people to descend for the buffet lunch
