The Wi‑Fi was non‑existent, the bathroom and toilet looked like someone had been killed there, it wasn’t clean enough, there were no blankets on the bed so it was freezing, advertised items like a table and chairs were missing, there was no hot water and I was put on a timer to use the shower—unacceptable. The staff were lovely but this place needs improvement.

Nothing positive; everything was negative. They told me upon arrival with bags that a person was in the room that was supposed to be ours, they couldn’t even help me find another place, just refunded me and I had to look elsewhere because I was from the Free State.

The property was good, but the night noise and poor service were an issue. We had to pay extra upon arrival because the room we booked had a person staying over for a month, and they offered a refund or extra payment ultimatum, which made the stay unbearably stressful. There’s a roof that makes noise all the time, so you can’t sleep peacefully. Cleanliness was questionable too, as I found a cockroach and leftovers in the microwave upon arrival.
