The staff here are really something else - super professional and patient, which made our stay a breeze. What really impressed us was that the hotel feels like a service apartment, with a kitchen and laundry facilities, including a washing machine. We even requested a European pillow and it was delivered right away. Being part of Accor and being relatively new probably has something to do with the high level of service.
