Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with its great location and friendly, courteous staff who made sure everything was to my liking. However, I found the facilities to be just average, not particularly impressive. Overall, it was a decent experience, but room for improvement in terms of amenities. The staff's warm hospitality made up for some of the shortcomings, though.

My experience was just okay, I didn't have any major complaints, but I also didn't blow me away. It was a fairly standard stay without any notable highs or lows. I guess it was just a middle-of-the-road experience overall.

I appreciated the hotel's prime location, which made it easy to get around. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the hotel itself felt a bit old and worn out. It had a certain charm, but I think it could benefit from some updates to make it feel more modern and fresh.

The breakfast at this hotel was truly exceptional - I was spoiled for choice with so many delicious options, and everything tasted amazing. However, I did feel that the hotel was missing a few key amenities, like a swimming pool, which would have added to the overall experience. Additionally, I thought the bathtub could have been better, especially considering the price point, and the balcony could have been more organized.

The hotel's stunning views of the lake, combined with the luxurious room, made for a truly unforgettable experience. However, I would not recommend a room on the other side of the hotel, as the spa was under repair during my stay. Fortunately, I was offered a complimentary massage outdoors and a free dinner, which was a lovely gesture from the hotel.
