The room’s location and the pillow were fine, but the cleanliness was poor, the soundproofing let noise in, the air‑conditioning was ineffective, and the facilities felt dated; on one night I returned to find half a cigarette stub on the bathroom floor, which was unsettling because I don’t smoke and made me feel unsafe, especially since I was traveling alone and suspected someone had entered without permission. The hotel staff suggested it might have been a guest from the floor above who tossed the butt into the ventilation opening that leads to my bathroom window, yet the way the window protruded outward made that seem unlikely.

The reception staff were attentive and the breakfast was excellent—I loved it.
The location, diverse food, cleanliness, service, and quiet were all excellent. The only area that needs improvement is the physical structure of the hotel.
