The place was very clean, the air‑con worked great, and we received two bottles of water on arrival. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was great. We didn’t have a hair dryer, and it was a bit confusing trying to get into the building.

The room was very clean and spacious, everything was pretty. Full‑length mirror, AC, comfortable bed and pillows. Water was provided daily and we were welcomed with two small bottles of wine. The room has a corkscrew and glasses for bringing your own wine. The common area is small but very clean. Minor inconveniences for those traveling with friends: the shower lacks privacy. I had trouble opening the electronic keys, but the lady helped me many times via WhatsApp. There was a place to leave luggage at your responsibility, which I used and it was fine. The location is very well situated a few steps from the pantheon. I would stay again. The shower had no privacy, I struggled with the electronic keys, and the hallway was too hot.

The room was very clean! Beautifully designed, large, spacious, equipped with everything needed. The hotel’s location is excellent!!! Right next to the pantheon and fountains, within walking distance of all the city’s main spots. The AC was a bit weak, so it was a little warm in the mornings. Not critical, and can be handled by contacting the always‑available staff via WhatsApp.

Clean, excellent location. The entry procedure is too complex, as many other reviews point out. If you’ve had a very long journey and are tired, consider finding another place to stay in the area because it’s just too difficult to get in the first time.
