We had a car, arrived with a complicated 450 m uphill, but the views were wonderful. The hotel grounds were great, the room was good, the breakfasts were nice, the staff were pleasant, and we liked it.

Free parking was great, and the kids loved the trampoline. Still, the staff ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign and kept entering the room, giving the impression that the hotel is unmanaged and just operating on its own. When I tried to check in, the lone front‑desk employee left me waiting for roughly five minutes to answer a phone call in another room, without offering an apology, which shows a serious lack of organization.

“didn’t feel that someone managing the hotel”

I appreciated the free parking and the trampoline for kids, which was the highlight for my children. However, no matter if I hung the “Do Not Disturb” sign, staff still entered the room; it feels like management has abandoned the place and it’s just running on autopilot. At check‑in, a single front‑desk girl let me wait about five minutes without an apology when she answered a phone call in another room, underscoring the lack of proper management and organization.

“Relaxing and central”

The pool, bar, and room were all solid, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. The downside was the one‑way street, which made it hard to find the hotel.

The staff were pleasant. The problem was the loud noise at night from music and summer celebrations, making it impossible to sleep.
