The view of the volcano from the infinity pools and every bedroom was amazing. Nothing else.

The view is beautiful and the staff are super friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave on the first day; the room was far from clean, with dust everywhere and the bed sheets full of stains that looked like they were from previous guests. There was also a large black mold spot next to the air‑conditioning unit.

The hotel is attractive and the rooms are spacious, with a fantastic ocean‑view from the bedroom and a nice pool right outside the door. What really stood out was the staff – they were extremely friendly and helpful, even bringing free juice to our room and offering soup when my girlfriend felt ill, thanks to the hotel manager. The only drawback is the condition of the rooms: they’re not dirty – the towels are always super soft and smell great – but the property looks dated and seems to get little upkeep. Also, it’s set in a quieter area away from the centre, so you’ll need to rent a scooter, which we could easily arrange through the hotel for IDR 100.000 per day (€5).

Always save the best until last, and this place simply takes your breath away. Quiet gem that sits perfectly overlooking all of Bali. Incredible views at your doorstep, amazing and friendly staff and infinity pools to soak it all in. “The Point Resort” worth every dollar spent
