The place was clean and suitable for staying, but the first check‑in had no proper communication, we were left outside for more than 5 minutes, and the induction about the place was lacking, which frustrated me until someone who was leaving opened the gate and the lady at the desk noticed us.

Breakfast was decent and plentiful, but on days two and three the buffet was closed because of a big event, so I had to find other options; the manager offered a refund, which I accepted. The pillows were too firm and a softer one would have helped.
